We are Steve and Nadya Williams, an English / Russian couple who have been through the whole process that you are embarking on. Many years ago, I was like you, trawling through all the agencies on the Internet in search of that someone special, although back then the number of agencies was far smaller than it is now. This website has been designed to help you as much as possible in what I know can be a daunting task.
Many years ago I embarked on this journey without any agency help, they were not as developed as they are now, I just bought addresses from Scanna International, a catalogue site, and that was it, I navigated the whole process alone, from choosing addresses, writing the first letters, sorting through the replies, developing relationships, venturing into Russia alone, bringing my fiancee through the visa minefield and to the UK. I wish I could say that I sailed through this difficult process easily.... but I have to be honest and say that I probably fell into every pothole along the way and made every mistake there was to make, spent twice as much money as I should have.... and it took years !!!! But we emerged from all this still together and happily married. The benefit to you is that we use our experience to steer couples through this process as easily as possible, avoiding the pitfalls that litter the way, that we fell down ourselves. Basically our agency incorporates all the things I wished I had had available to me all those years ago when marriage agencies in their current form didn’t exist.

In 2000 we started With Love from Voronezh, initially we set up this agency as a
way of helping Nadyas girlfriends who bombarded us with requests to help them find
a foreign husband whenever we went back to Voronezh from our home in the UK. It was
also a way of employing some of our friends in Voronezh on a decent salary. So what
started as a bit of a hobby developed and grew into what it is today, a small, yet
highly professional agency that has brought many couples together who would never
otherwise have met; and the list of With Love From Voronezh babies keeps growing

Towards the end of 2002 we decided that we would move from our home in England to
Voronezh on a permanent basis. As such, this agency has become my sole activity,
and I work about 12-
We interview all of our girls personally and many of them have become friends of the family and I do feel rather protective of them. I never forget that we are dealing with peoples lives, we do not run a store that sells a product, we deal in peoples hopes, dreams and feelings.....a huge responsibility. Many agencies treat this as a normal business, with money being the only important factor, but we do not.... I was you once, I was in your shoes, looking for help but finding none that I could trust.
So why risk it? Why bother? Well, because nothing worth having in this life is easy and the rewards of this journey are worth the risks. The British SAS (the worlds most elite special forces) have a motto ... Who dares wins ... And I think that this sums it all up. Sure, you could sit at home bemoaning the fact that you cannot find the right woman in your own country, or that the attitude of your women does not match your own......or....... you can take action to change your life, take a chance, who knows what fate has in store for you. But by doing nothing only one thing is certain....you will get nothing.

Yes, the words scam and scammer are commonplace, I wish I could say that it’s all hype...but it’s not, there really are a sea of sharks swimming around out there. I see my role as being your guide, I am on your side, your eyes and ears here in Voronezh. Nadya has a lot more dealings with the girls, they know that she has been through this process and has the experience and knowledge to know what she is talking about. I tend to deal mostly with the male clients as I was you once and I know what you want and expect. The perfect marriage ? We hope so.
We tend to feature more ladies aged from 30 years and up as in our experience the younger girls, generally, are less reliable. Yes many agencies are full or gorgeous young things.....but those photos are there for years and years and we prefer to deal with women as opposed to girls. That’s not to say that the younger ladies on our site are not serious, they most certainly are, but there are less of them because we are pretty strict in confirming this fact. Yes, we would make more money if we had lots of younger women, but having women who will see this process through to the end is far more important to us than to have girls who will lose interest half way through.
